Recently there was a review of the National Quality Framework and some changes came into effect on 1 October 2017.

The changes strengthen the focus on quality outcomes for children, provide clearer notification requirements for services when a serious incident has occurred, and offer a range of other initiatives to enable continuing oversight, compliance and monitoring of performance for education and care services.

Additional changes in February 2018 will enhance the national quality rating system and National Quality Standard, which will lead to continual improvement of our service.
