HOW ARE SERVICES RATED?

Services receive a rating for each of the quality areas and an overall rating based on these results. The services will receive one of the following ratings:

  1. Significant Improvement Required
  2. Working towards NQS
  3. Meeting NQS
  4. Exceeding NQS
  5. Excellent
